What a day !!!

So its been a while and what a week its been really..

Meta is out! and I am ... complete. My life is pieced together, I can see pretty rainbows and birds with sunshine!! Yeah thats how la-la land Im in when I hear the albulm.

Mission Impossible: Get the CD... somehow...make money...somehow.

Okay...so this day / week keeps getting better and better because first of all today I sort of got chem more and then in math the concepts were easier just a bit and then spare was hell because I had to interview 2 bands and then I had to interview another girl which i didn't even finish itnerviewing. And by the wait.... this is such a run on sentence. So then in religion was absolute heaven because we got a supply teacher! this day couldn't have gone any better than I have imagined! Which then I got to help at the library.....yay. And then I went to guidance for stuff and yeah a great way to end off the week and the fact that i made hte team really helped out.

So I dont want to blog and and I dont feel like blogging sooo....
I was forced to write my thoughts on the following genre of musique.

So I shall start with ...
pop- hmmm I liek pop but it depends on the diva really. I mean the music isn't even good.... I believe that voice synthesizer is used alot ie. miley, but pop from around the world really helps out its very different... [ no i lie its the same thing] ie the Korean guy Taeyang [dammm ]

Rock - UHhhh... depends on the band as well... I mean I think liek Nickelback the ones that are super old but are good. Or liek BonJovi have good songs as well

Rock- Alt . A sub thingy that someone told me ... yeah I dont even knwo what it is

Rap- Some rap are good... Majority of them i.e 99% of them are hoorible.... but that one percent of raps such as the guy who sings "O Canada" Classified is sick! I love that guy for making out country look good!

Hip-Hop- some sogns are good,.... I like the beat I guess...ddepends from who

Raggae- I hat raggae ... I mean some are pretty cool liek the popular ones but I mean the other ones that play at majority of the dances suck!!!

French- I like it hate it relaitonship... Its so-so I mean if you can understand it its good but some of the beats are just bad or flat out boring

World- I love world music. Period. It makes me feel open minded and just dfiferent for listening to things from around the world is phenominal ...

Uh... can't think of any other genre...blah blah blah... gotta get off the school computer so I shall finish this later [Not]

Long Weekend

What a long weekend it was....

FRIDAY

Got home, and had 2 hours to cook and clean.... epic fail. I made dinner.... slow roasted pork and roasted potatoes with a side of steamed vegetables. Ahahaa.... my father came home early and I was like " PROMISE ME! you ARE GOING to do the dishes before mom gets home!" like... It was some kind of crisis or like... its the end of the world sort of dramatic moment! LOL
But yeah...
So off to snowboarding I went!
It was AMAZING!!!! The slopes were great! there was hardly anyone there, so we did ALOT of runs in the short amount of time. Oh man. So we tried something different and we tried the black diamonds... ITS FRIGGING STEEP!!!! LMAO ..oh man we couldn't even see the bottom, bottom! It was like a nose dive! So yeah. Oh man, you know whats the best? When you're at the black diamond top of the hill...after strapping in your other foot into the snowboard and you just lay there.. The stars are absolutely magnificiant!!! We layed there for the longest time, mine I remind you we did ALOT of runs and races etc.
Then we finished off the night with Timmie's! Warm hot chocolate and a donut =D

SATURDAY

Saturday the Sore Day. Seriously.
Well.... I was told to go with my sister and impose on her plans by attending with her to the science centre to see the Body World. Its sick! 1) If you're lost about what Im talking about....google it.
2) its REDICULOUS how people can actually take the time to do all of that!!!!
So we ended off hte night by going to Applebee's. It was great! Except, this poor kid behind us... he had shattered glass in his food.. we were like o_O " WTF! LOL
and yeah....

SUNDAY

KUNG HEI FAT CHOY!

Yup! It was Chinese New Years. So we took a fam friend to Markham to celebrate it... So we thought..."heck, its Sunday at 11 am... I bet you the Chinese are JUST about getting up...and we would be alright went going to the restaurent (Dim Sum ) .." WRONG!
HOLY JEEBUS!!!!
I walked in ...and It was FULLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL!!!!! Tables of like 8-12 people!!
Then EVEN WORST!
There was the Lion Dance ( I lied, that was the awesome part, but the sucky part was that the Lion Dance just started to grab the lettuce from the ceiling...usually its 1 per restaurant that they hang...but jeeeeeeze, they had over 20 of them -_-; )

If you're still not get it.....
we got there at 11am.
We didn't get a table till 1pm.
+ I think I went deaf.... This guy playing the symbals omg....he was so loud. But highlight of that day:

1- There a serious nice guy there ;]
2- OH MAN!! So...after the whole dance thing was gone (thank goodness) IT WAS C H A O S! because... now everyone at the front rushed to get a table right....so what happened was people started to slip money in the hostest jacket to bribe them to get a table! >: (
So... my family and I we had to stand in the aile ...and like the food carts couldn't move around and circulate to distrubute (CHAOS) so waht happened was like....
this guy comes up (because we stood beside another family waiting) and I was about to ask him...until he cut me off and told this....

We ended off the day with, shanghai dumplings :) A fresh watermelong juice and a trip to Pacific Mall.

MONDAY

last day of the long weekend!
Went downtown for a spa :D It was great! Finished hte day with Japanese food (which isn't that bad....) and was suppose to go shopping at Eaton and Forever XXI but it was too late :(
So we ended off hte day at home with msn and Olympics!

So this is a desert in Pacific Mall... IT IS SOOO GOOD!!
So basically...its like white hair...but its really sugar.. I can't remember how they make it... Its like y'know how Chinese noodles are made, they always ahve to pull until it gets thinner and thinner...well its essentially like that but with sugar. And the inside has peanuts and I can't remember. at first its good, but after a while it gets SUPER chewy LOL but its delicious!!!

DAYYYYYYYYUM!!! What . A . Day. Its was a sunny day, which uplifted me to cheer up despite the fact that it was report card day today. What to tell my parents? " Hey mom&dad, here's my report card...uh.. 2 seconds later... BYE! Going Snowboarding! Kill me after! =P " Yeah.... I think not. So today I was unaware that it was also candygram/roses day... Awe no wonder there was a clump of people in the matrix during 3rd...that really does explain alot. LOL So chem.... QUANTUM THEORY + ATOMIC SPECTRUM xD LMAO it actually....isn't that bad. Yeah right, watch tuesday Im going to eat those words when we move on to Quantum numbers X_X; LOL Math...omg. ABSOLUTELY Amazing....we had a supply! SCORE! So we did nothing.... Spare, it was great... got to hang out with a friend :) We are planning a whole schedual thingy out etc... Religion... Another supply... but not only that..we finished all the religion work yesterday. therefore everything that the teacher planned well.... we finished earlier than expected. So we joked around and stuff... Report cards... im not too worry, I told my parents my marks,..and I am still alive. But. You never know until they look at the actual number. On the plus side it is the start to a long weekend!!! Yahoooooooo!!! Got lots to do! Welps, Gotta get cooking, out going sooner or later... hopefully. Last and most importantly... GO CANADA!!!!

What a day.....

What can I say... we were unprepared. Un-warned.
Today was a horrible day .
Got up late ... 7:30
Left around 7:50
did last minute extra cramming for chem test
Failed chem test. We were so un-warned... I mean she threw questions about PH and STP!
As a guy quotes... "When I read STP, it was just FML" LOL Quote of my day:)
The math quiz... Omg. Failed again... She gave up 15 minutes to factor and do rationals :'( It was multiple choice might I add was just stupid!

I mean here were some possible choices:

a) x^2+4/3(x-1)
b)x^2-4/3(x+1)
c) x^2+4/3x-1
d) x^2+4/3x+1


WHAT THE FUDGE!! 15 mintues to SHOW YOUR WORK -_-

Then I talked to that english teacher. It turns out it was my fault of mis-understanding her. 75 shee tells me was my TERM mark >.<>

Dayyyum! Those are the words that makes millions of girls melt when said on national television. So yesterday, watched the Bachelor and got into quite a debate about the show with a friend.
Allow me to explain what it is for those who have never watched it before.

So every year there is a guy, with 25 eligible single bachelorettes. Not just a guy, they switch it up every seasons, so it would be a bachelor, then after a bachelorette would have the same privileges...she would be with 25 different guys. So its not unfair!

The show basically starts off with the guy or girl whoever is single and meets all. Im just going to stick with the guy being the Bachelor because it already is on tv. Next season, it will be a girl and 25 guys...etc etc.

So this guy. His name is Jake. And to many, he may seem like the "ideal" guy! What is good about him is he was a previous constestant on the show before but got regected. And now it has the chance to meet his one+only. So at the beginning, 25 girls appear to meet him. They all talk, get to know each other etc etc try to find similarities and stuff.. But there is an elimination round. Where you know when you dont get that instant connection with someone.... you're like "yeah... thats not the person..." sort of thing, it can go both ways that feeling. Well out of the 25 woman, sometimes 5 get elimated, or 10 ...etc they all get a rose to stay.
I know lots of people go on and on and on about how controversal it is and stuff... but really... you get to see someone get to find someone. And in all honesty its friggging cute! All their romantic dates they go on . Dayyyum . then again people justify how its a horrible negative blah blah blah influence and stuff... But honestly, it is cute. They dont do innappropriate things, you see basically gentlemens at their best!
So yeah .... as the numbers decrease, you really start to see the intensity between the people because you see people actually falling in love with eachother. And its not desperation. I mean its the same case for anyone out there seeking to find someone, is that desperation? Just because this one is on the media and stuff.... its exactly.the.same.
Well... yesterday, Jake and this girl. I swear I know he would of picked her at the end. The end is he or she, whoever is the bachelor/ette they choose someone and propose to them. It is that intense.... like its even money, were talking about MARRIAGE! YOU DONT JOKE WITH MARRIAGE! anyways. Him and this girl I swore he was going to pick her at the end. But she had to choose between her job that they have been hollerin at her to get back or she can stay. But there is lots of factors to consider.

I dont know.I just like the show... its just happy. I mean they do the same as any other couples, they have to go out, meet the parents near the end and get to know each other. Sure there has been some success stories and some non-successful, it may of been them or not. But ultimately we can't blame them for if things doesn't work out. You can't just mash two people together..... love is absolutely unexpected. Hence the movie Leap Year ^_^

Well.... What a day it truly has been. Lets see..not typically usual, since the whole school was SERIOUSLY depressed. Well.... the seniors at least. Yes, it was exam return day ... booo!
Oh man... you have no idea how many times we've jokes in french about planning an escape to jump out of the window =P Ahahaha. So here's what happen .

French: The teacher greets us and tells us to get our scrapbooks and our reading reports cpt thing in the back. So we did...and we found out...hey we all did pretty good on this... but pretty good I mean like...the whole class basically got 90+ since you really can't fail it. Anyways... I had an epiphany. I told my friend... *GASP! wait a minute.... I bet you she's buttering us up! She's showing ups some REEEEALLY good marks because we failed the exam. Oh man .... she started to laugh. I told her... I was like... just watch...she's stuffing us now and is going to roast us in a few minutes...
I was sadly right.
Few minutes later, she first shows us our scantron. I have never seen that much red ink on it before.... it was THAT bad. LMAO . so then we all had our 5 second Panic attack. Looking at each other frantically...like... "OMG!" I swear. that moment we all knew and were thinking.... "omg university!!" Ahahah, well then to make it worst, after we were like.... "so everyone....were all in the same boat right?" ahaha, she hands out the exam. Much better on the written protion... i swear the scantron machine is broken or something or the ink exploded >_> LOL kiddding.
but yeah... the marks then balanced out...and people were in the average range.... honestly, highest mark. 80%. LOL it was THAT bad. >_>
Oh man.... so we had to wait...to be dismissed. Personally, I knew it was down hill from there because french was my only life supporter. So then ....off to english

Well...another teacher that buttered us up. I mean, she gives us the group mark on this assignment.... hello! Everyone did VERY well...so then im like...oh man not another french deja vu!
And so, she passes us the exams...and it wasn't a french deja vu... it was average. not what i expected but hey, can't complain right =/ overall mark average. sigh. its enough for uni at least

then biology. aka. hell.

so a few friends and i were talking about the exams. my friends had math and chemistry. well chemistry they followed that strick rule of "you can't see your marks till the period" so we walked around like losers, lapping the 3rd floor over and over again. LOL besides the point.
So they were saying how...for math, this one teacher.... he was REALLY hard on them at the beginnning, which is why alot of people dropped out of his class, but then turns out that after the exam, he helps out out... like, if you got a 78 or something, he'll help you to like an 85% .... oh man. Compared to another teacher who has babied the class all semester...practically gives you the exam as a review and has the same questions....people got lower marks... wait .... am i going deaf or soemthing? I couldn't believe that, that had happen. One of my friend is aiming high and wants to go to Harvard as her dream school. So this idiot runs in french class going... "oh ____(inserts name)___ I think you got 98% on your exam!" she's like... " :O really? can't be!!!" but then he goes... "oh wait... nvm, it could of been you or you could of been the 86%"

HONESTLY! why would you say that... i mean, give her this hope of either your chances of getting perfect in the course of you could drop drastically in the course. So then she couldn't even check her mark because she had to wait to be dismissed.
So then ... she checked, and we both found out that she was the 86. she was so devistated. it was like... me in french, was her reaction in math. I couldn't believe it! so then she checks it and she tells me later on .... I asked, what did you do wrong? she answers... nothing, the teacher wrote alot "BAD FORM" and stuff.... I was like... bad form? She's like... yeah , all semester i did the same thing on the tests and stuff and she never mind nor took off any marks, but comes the exam she takes off marks over stupid things. I was confused. Another one of my friend tells me the same thing... I mean she told me that for one question you had to do the limiting reaction or restiriction, so she added to prove a "check" (extra work to show that your answer is correct) and the teacher took marks off because it was "bad" form,. so then she asked for a justification and none was given. OH man she didn't do well on the exam and her future is in jeopardy. Well... not really, but she could have done much better if you know what i mean.

Ugh, so then it was my turn to face the music in bio. Well we were waiting and we hung out with this random group and they were upset over their marks to weird things like... two guys almost throwing a fist fight over getting the highest mark in math. LOL becuase one of them was in grade 11 and he's doing better than the grade 12's in the grade 12 class. oh man. but yeah... i was so shocked because i coudln't believe how people took school so dam seriously. I mean, I thought i took it too seriously. =/

Anyways, then ... this guy comes up and was like telling everyone all day how he was so sure he'd get that french award. I was so pissed at him. Because all day he was showing off his book report that he got 100 on. Why am i mad? Well good for him that he got 100, sounds like he spent a lot of time working hard at it right? WRONG! he brags to everyone.... "yeah i got 100, and i did it the night before it wad due" or he would say "yeah i got a 96 on math exam.... but the night before i was out racing with friends while people were studying" i meaan seriously... he was saying those things in front of my friends that were STUDYING the night before but didn't do good on the exam. Ugh. anyways

faced the music in bio, epic fail? I think thats the saying. oh man. just..... just so disappointed i mean seriously.... i could of gotten a 70 at least in the class if i just of done better on that dam last test that i shouldn't have bombed. I still hope soemhow someway that God loves me and will help me in when the future is in jeopardy.

Lastly, i morally supported my friends in chem . The chemistry that people wrote till 1 pm that day.... the one that the class seriously are doing bad at .... oh man. My friend did so-so, not really what she expected because she was a few marks off from a mark that he hopes to get to bring up her average...she is so worried. Then the chem class after everyone returned their exams... i honestly .... omg, it was so weird....everyone took a silence... we all had our heads down in shame and disappointment over something... I mean for some 80's wasn't good enough, for some standards 70's weren't good enough, for other 60's weren't good enough ....ETC. so it was weird... i mean here we were, just disappointed and worried out arses off for universities because were panicking over averages and stuff.. Then i talked to a friend and was he did bad as well on his exams, but hey he had it hard, physics, math and calc. so we were talking about how our parents were going to kill us after report cards... (in a kidding way) and stuff.... oh man i kept thinking... if parents were to see the class in chem... that was just.. i can't even explain it. i mean seriously, students themselves are disappointed as it is in themselves. For example my Harvard friend who had an 88 in chemistry. She was soooo disappointed. Now to you that would seem CRAZY! (i know me too) but look at it from her perspective...we all have different standards, mine, just slide by and get in, her's is to go to HARVARD. do you know how crazy it is to get in there? so its like that 88 to Harvard is like a 60% to us.
I couldn't believe how everyone just seemed so disappointed.
Again, back to the parents thing.... i just wish parents would see how students can be disappointed in themselves but they make it worst because SOME would emphasize or yell or ground or whatever to their kids because of marks. Because the future is now.

Lastly, I wen to guidance and worried him out about the bio exam and he really made me change my views on life. I gave him these pics of travels a while back and he told me that he really likes them, and he was encouraging/persuading me to pursuit the Arts. >.> its not as easy as it seems. Then i showed him the abstract pics and he seemed to like it.I shall make a bigger version of the abstract over March Break xD That is seriously the high light of my day ...tonight I gonna get yelled at ='( no more badminton :'( Wish me luck. I hope i'll still be around to blog :P

Extra-Long Week-end

Oh man. What a long. I mean LONG week it has been. I feel too lazy, just slotting around the house… =/ I think its time to go back to school. Scary enough, I miss it. [ those words will bite me in the arse later on when I will be pulling all nighters. Ahaha] Anyways.

So yesterday wasn’t too bad, went out. Oh man, seriously… I hate this city ahahha, driving just just absolutely hectic!!! Anyways, especially with Wal-Mart. Need I say more? Well, the worst was over after I went to Chapters and picked up a few books.

Italian-English Dictionairy =D

Im going to shout it loud and proud to the world… I am an Italian dictionairy owner!! I shall treasure that book like a Bible. I kid you not =/ LOL seriously… its like …. My favourite book in a creppy weird way but anyhow.

I read through Dear John at chapters…its pretty nice. I mean if you watch the trailer over and over and over and over and over again,you get a good idea of the characters and after you read it, it makes it easier to visualize.

Well… Friday, I went out, saw Leap Year xD

1- IRELAND is frigging GEORGOUS!!!

2- Looove the movie. Ahahah Its sooo cute (well then again, im a sucker for foreign love movies LOL ) but yeah…this girl thinks that her boyfriend that she has been with for 4 years was going to propose to her, but turns out he gives her earrings the night before he leaves to Ireland for a work thing…so according to this Irish tradition on LEAP YEAR, which is ever 4 years, the woman can propose to a man. It is some kind of the ONLY day …so she ends up going after him to Ireland to propose to him on leap year. But yeah… the plane lands away from her destination because of a storm. So yeah…worth watching. Has funny moments its really cute. The theather though I warn was filled with all woman Ahahah and some men were dragged to go . Awe. overall...predictable...but hey its pretty good :)

Well that about sums up my long long long weekend. I still have a stack of binders I haven’t put away yet *tsk *tsk LOL and yeah…still not ready for second sem. I didn’t’ even practice factoring! IM SCREWED! LMAO

Reality still hasn’t sunk in that exam return day is tomorrow *shyt* -_-; Well see how that goes… I suppose..

Then there is the Grammy’s Tonight! WOOT* Its going to be awesome!! Black Eyed Peas are going to perform …. Can’t wait and Lady Gaga is going to win awards… it got me thinking…as weird as she is …she is the most popular artist towards youth today (apart from Justin Beiber) but anyways, im really glad that youths today are accepting change! I mean…it’s the same with Adam Lambert, he didn’t win American Idol…but hell, he is REALLY popular, loved and accepted by so many youths today!

Wow, alot has been going on since I have last posted. Oh man .... it is safe to say.... EXAMS ARE OVVEEEERRRR!!! I looked at my blogged and was so relieved, I got to delete 8 check points! -_-; *phew!
Anyways, now the only stressful, last panic mode thing to worry about is final marks! *dun dun dunn!! Oh man!
Anyways, exams were just a killer, but apart from that... things have been lighting up. I mean I surprisingly didn't have a break down! :O Ahhha, thats quite an accomplishment ^_^

Well were almost to Febuary (omg) and things are piling up... Glad to see snow on the ground, and excited for the Olympics that are coming up! :)
Feb check points:

- panic for chemistry
-die in math
- pass out when getting report card
- scream for the Olympics xD
-craze for badminton =D

Lastly, I have started to draw alot... it feels good and I miss it! I hope someday I can paint bigger versions on canvas =)

The Concept of "Hard Work Pays Off"

Haven't blogged in a while... I guess you can call it lazyness.
So what a week it has been! I truly feels like someone just stacked books in front of you, labelled "homework" and demands it to be done in a short amount of time. Result: fatigue, under eyed circles, Insomnia, terrible eating habits! I kid you not, I feel like im a guinea pig being experimented on how-much-work-you-can-handle-before-exploding. LOL
Anyways,

French- typical work. A Pre-Exam is to be expected monday -_- Which I will so forget. Finally finished all those Autobigraphies!!!=) Oh happy days!!
English- Too behind, and now we have a presentation to finish!!Oh no!!! LOL Seriously though, some irrelavent things to do....like... match character soul with a solar system and make connection between the two o_O
Biologie- Well.... you truly are a pain in the butt. After stressing that I bombed a test and running in cirlces yelling "The sky is falling!" "The sky is falling!" I can finally stop and say.... Hard work pays off!:) Had a presentation today, you have no idea how nervous I was.... my heart was pounding so fast! The concern: presentation time max, 10 minutes.... How was I to finish explaining 38 power point slides in that.... I mean.... Is that even mathematically possible? LOL

Tired.
Im definitely exhausted.... and my body is telling me I need rest, I feel like im catching a cold due to exhaustion... Fear not. I will rest... soon. LOL Just a few more things to finish.... 1 presentation 1 pre-exam test 893742897429374329874983274687264879326432 hours of studying and 10 hours of exams.
And im home free. I can hopefully be one step closer to being accepted. HOPEfully.

I gotta keep praying and working my but of !

Dreams in need of reality

So just figured out that blogspot works at school! This is excellent! I definitely can do much more writing now... Since I got to study at home this week and the next... -_- So not looking forward to exams. Anyways, definitely had the weirdest dream yesterday ahaha so I shall inform. Well, its been two nights now that i've dreamt of this Italian band. LOL read.

So last week this is what happened:

Well my dream started out with me in Italy
How I was in love with the country
I met this Italian band
because I am their number 1 fan
Then we hung out for a while
This were beyond great
Man wouldn't it have been the best date
I was taken to their home to meet the family
We've had a great time till unexpectively
a coffin appeared
and my sister was to come , from not near
Next thing I knew I was running in the woods
A coyote running after us- I should stop reading books
Until we hit the edge of a cliff
we were scared for out lives that someone would flip (off)
Surely enough one did,
Luckily was saved with
a guitar strap on a brance
the coyote left and we advanced
we saved him over the cliff
headed back to dish
we had dinner and sang songs
he had a song for me all along
sadly the dream started to fade
what could the meaning be anyway?
the green hills and blue sky
was time to say goodbye
two georgous italian guys
I was disturbed and heard some noise
back to reality its 7'o clock
was awaken from a knock
surely knew it wasn't the end
someday I would see them again


Ahahhaa, so that's what happened last week.
Anyways, do dreams really contain secret morals or hidden messages?
What a dream! dont' you hate the ones that are so vivid
and seem too real ? absolutely....scary! LOL


Anyhows, Here was my interpretation of it- I guess I took the message as me meeting someone
in the futur, someone i'd love just as much as my love for Italy itself. Anyways, I also thought that the coffin would symbolized my fear of losing a close one which has been on my mind and been driving me nuts! Anyhows, I thought that the fact that my sister showed up was reassurance of our bond in the futur, hopefully we'd stick by each other through the rough times and that I would okay. Since in my dream I was beyond happy, I really do pray that I will too be happy one day with someone. Ahah sucks the futur is so unpredictable.

Journey: Moving On

Hello.

Well... it surely has been quite a day I suppose. Wasn't too bad- french we played a game...darn we were 6 minutes away from leaving because the teacher was late =/
English.... wow, we just read and talked.... no fun...then these friken grade 10's are out in the hall skipping class and making noise like they so cool. The teacher goes off in vending off about how stupid these kids are for not going to class. She is having a hard time understand why's so.
Anyhows I really couldn't blame her- I mean really... WHY NOT go to class? I mean... going to class just makes your life easy. You sit in a semi-comfortable chair and you just listen.. HECK! don't even listen, just make sure your eyes are directed to the teacher who's speaking...occasionally nod. Thats it!! I mean oppose to being in the halls, disrupting others, talking about nonsense and 5 minute of fame news as well as getting in trouble and so on.... just go to class. Oppose to being kids in 3rd world countries who work in contaminated dumpsters and honestly are slaved to work in fields and homes or child labour.... WHAT IS WRONG with this unappreciative generation? ANYWAYS. total tangeant.
Anyhows... following that- Got a stack of homework that is due. Oh my word. Read this..do this...study that... ARGH!!
So after making a huge dinner (Gotta post the recipe) I did a few hours of homework then went to the gym. How weird was it....
Meet up with some friends there... walked in and things just seemed different. Something was missing. Someone was missing. Its been longs month's since I've been there.... I gotta say the first tiem walking in surely felt weird. lonely even. Just keep walking I thought...
After a few minutes or so, I meet up with some friends... even the more ackward. I mean my mind was somewhere else... I couldn't focus on how fast I was running on the threadmill or how long I was on those ski machines.
After a few minutes... started to laugh it off with some friends. A different group of friends really make a big difference in your life. It really does open a much new PERSPECTIVE. You see things from other views... I mean after a while I got use to them and we started to laugh off about some things and then I ran into another group... not so friendly... definitely got the look from them. confusion. and probably inner humor. Right then I said to myself... Hell with it. I mean... I'm here having a great time with friends, these are the people who like to do the same thing as me .... these are becoming a step to making healthier choices. these are becoming my positive influences. Afterwards, I gotta say I was darn right sore. I guess you can say, I released alot of ENDORPHIN for all you biologists : )
In simple terms: ENORPHINE: creates a feeling of euphoria (the exercise high), and reduces tension and anxiety. Blood levels of endorphins increase up to five times resting levels during longer duration (greater than 30 minutes) aerobic exercise at moderate to intense levels and also during interval training. Also, after several months of regular exercise, you develop an increased sensitivity to endorphins (a higher high from the same level of endorphins), and endorphins that are produced tend to stay in your blood for a longer period of time. This makes longer duration exercise easier (you're feeling no pain) and it causes your exercise high to last for a longer period of time after exercise. AKA: you feel great after you work out =)
Afterwards, grabbed some hot chocolate and chilled out a bit... Then back to homework. Its a give and take :]
Lastly, ended off the day with episodes of Home Improvement [yea the 90's] and Vampire Diaries [<3] ahahhaha,

Good Jeebus I’m probably the moodiest person right now haha, went from a great day to a terrible, irritating, annoying and darn right pessimistic day. I swear I try not to be like this! =P

FRIG. What the hell is wrong with me? I had a splendid day. Where did it go wrong… Maybe you can help!

UGH! So that “Friend” y’know he is pissing me off. His status is always like “THINKING” and stuff… and then when I talk to him to be like “what’s up man” and stuff… he gives me attitude. FRIK! I mean seriously…. This whole “my thoughts are my thoughts, your thoughts are you thoughts…” CRAPP is enough. Another thing that pisses the HELL outta me from him is…. “ (insert name) was right… I shouldn’t over think!” I HATE it when he uses my ‘friends’ name…WHY? Well lets see… him talking to my friends about problems equals distance between us. I mean when I’m around them its sooo ackward! WTF! I mean they just stare as if I’m guilty of something …or when they ask… “so whats…new?” its like seriously, so ackward! Another thing, “Well one of us has to open up” when talking and honestly its like… oh jeeez, thanks for taking one for the team *eye rolls* UGH! I’m in need of a shrink right now… LMAO

I think I’ve vended enough- prolly just feeling the stress o_O

Cure: maybe sleep…more than 4 hours? I shall try it.
